Very friendly staff and location is excellent

Beautiful minimalist hotel. Perfect combo of traditional (tatami mats) and modern (artisan cocktails at bar). The breakfast was delicious and the staff was great. Highly recommend.

Love the ambience, location and friendly, helpful staff there was also free drinks between 2-10pm daily

We stayed a few nights and enjoyed the location- walkable to the art museums, the style and comfort of the lounge area, and large rooms. We appreciated laundry and services. Our rooms were so comfortable !

The location was great, We loved the lobby and rooms architecture and design, modern Japanese fusion. The room was small but felt big enough for us. The free beer, juices, and tea were a nice extra

The lobby close at about 23:00, and I was asked to leave to my room.

This hotel is a unique mix of traditional Japanese touches with a modern industrial twist.

The quad room is a bit of a squeeze for four persons. Not by Tokyo standards but expected it to be a little more roomy in Kanazawa.

Nice design of the hotel, good beds (Japanese room), bikes available for rental, good washing facilities, welcome drink, very close to the castle, park and fish market

Breakfast is like a warm Japanese meal, a bit too heavy for a European-oriented breakfast habit, missed a gym

Good Location, close to good restaurants and sites. Nice rooms, convenient tea/laundry rooms.

The check in took half hour. Room too small

Short walk (15min) from the train station. Great location for shopping, dining, sightseeing and so on. Hosted drinks in the lobby in the evening was nice. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. I only wish that we used the shared lounge/eating space upstairs more. That was a really nice feature that we didn’t take advantage of.(P.S. - DONT miss the local Katsu Pork with Curry dish)

The room was small but had everything we needed. Great place to stay. Everything was walking distance - the fish market, the samurai district, the castle and castle park. Loved Kanazawa so much, and this was a great hotel. I loved the tea rooms.

During our travels in Japan, we decided to spend more time in this city, so I wanted to ensure we stayed somewhere very comfortable, and I'm glad I chose this place. We stayed in a Japanese-style room that was very spacious, blending traditional and modern elements. It was extremely comfortable, with all the necessary facilities and great staff. The breakfast was excellent as well. The location is central, about a 15-minute walk to the station. Overall, our stay was superb!

Great location, beautiful design comfortable room

No proper window in the room

Good central location, could get places on foot or a simple bus. The hotel had a great vibe and was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Welcome drinks and a live dj on a Saturday night was awesome.We stayed in a 4 person room and there was heaps of space for for adults to comfortably hang out! Also the tea rooms available to heat up food or make a tea were beautiful!

Incredibly clean and affordable. Lovely and spacious rooms, great location. We stayed in the Japanese style room and it was gorgeous, especially for the cost! If we have the opportunity, we will come and spend more days in Kanazawa at this location.

Great hotel in good location. Tasteful rooms with plenty of space. You can walk to most of the cities areas from here.

We liked it all.

Very clean and a stylish industrial minimalist vibe. The room was cosy but well planned and has space to move around (moderate lift room). The staff we very kind and helpful.

I would have preferred a buffet or the option to give preferences for breakfast. They give you a tray and my kids didn’t like some of the food so we wasted it, which was a shame.

The room was really really hot when we arrived and there was no way to open the window. We switched off the AC but it took a couple of hour to reach a good temperature and we had to stay with the door open that was quite uncomfortable
